A bit about the role

It is an exciting time to join Relish as we extend our reach into new categories and markets. We pride ourselves on being Brave, Curious and Genuine, providing solutions to our clients’ businesses and marketing challenges that will give them the edge. We are now seeking a high calibre individual to join our fast-growing Quantitative Research team as an Account Director (AD), based in our London or Leeds office.

As an Account Director, you’ll have a great track record in working with clients to understand their needs, drawing on your own research experience and ideas. The role encompasses all elements of outstanding project delivery – from proposal writing through to debrief and beyond. It’s vital that you can demonstrate marketing savviness, achieved through a genuine curiosity about what’s going on in our clients’ worlds.


What you’ll be focusing on

Contributing to the 5-year strategic plan of the company and its execution

Providing support to the Managing Director on client management and Quantitative projects

Developing and maintaining existing client relationships through key account management

Coaching and supporting team members (junior and senior)

Providing creative and practical research design solutions

Identifying and converting business development opportunities

Providing clear, actionable and creative recommendations

Awareness and appreciation of financial performance of your own accounts as well as the business in general

What we’re looking for

We are looking for passionate, dedicated and fun-loving people who will be a great fit with our team.

Experience with all aspects of the Quant project life cycle with relevant experience at Account Director level (6+ years)

Experience building relationships with clients and a hunger to explore new opportunities for our business (client and product related)

Knowledge and experience with advanced analytics and Q (data processing tool) is desirable but not essential

Creative design flair and analysis skills and ability to present these in a compelling manner

Ability to prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all your outputs
