The pandemic saw the closure of many Viewing Facilities – there are now very few still operating, even in central London. Virtual meetings and focus groups, increased costs and a greater reluctance of some participants to travel into central locations have all contributed to their demise.
However, we’re noting a growing demand for face to face focus groups, as our clients realise there’s sometimes just no substitute for seeing your customers and consumers in the flesh.
